Job Description: Dubai - We are looking to start a new divison within our organization. The aim is to start an Aluminium Facade Design, Fabrication, and Installation company. We are looking for a General Manager who will help start this divison from scratch. Duties & Responsibilities: Understanding the Vision and Mission of the Company, the concept and take it forward accordingly To help create the way forward in terms of formulating a detailed Business plan, Human Resource Planning, Sales Planning, and expansion within the Country and Internationally as well Formulating Annual Operating Plans Create and maintain Standard Operating Procedures for different departments within the company Assist in recruitment process by Identifying, Interviewing, and Approving candidates for various positions in different departments Equipment Sourcing and Installation Establish and implement departmental policies, goals, objectives, and procedures Daily coordination with all different departments including... - Permanent - Full-time
