Job Description: Standard Chartered Bank - Dubai - The purpose of this role is to provide Administrative and Secretarial support to the Head of Client Experience and Head of Product & Segments within our Retail Banking business. Key Roles and Responsibilities Organizing and maintaining diaries and making appointments Organizing and attending meetings, and ensure that sufficient preparation is completed prior to attendance of meetings and events (gm must be well-prepared) Producing documents, briefing papers, reports and presentations Organize external events such as workshops and offsites Liaising with clients, suppliers and other staff; Deputizing for the manager, making decisions and delegating work to others in the manager's absence; Devising and maintaining office systems, including data management, filing, etc.; Process Invoices and follow up on payments Manage all e-procurement requests in accordance to bank policy co-coordinating the diaries and working commitments.
