Job Position: Associate Counsel
Job Description: AHI Carrier - Sharjah - Job Purpose - Responsible for legal and compliance with the Company's policies, procedures and applicable Laws for the Company and its subsidiaries. Job Responsibilities Provide sound legal support and advice and take legal action in respect of all general corporate and commercial matters, issues and queries received from various divisions and subsidiaries. Review, drafting and negotiation of major contracts and carrying out of contract major risk assessments. Discuss, negotiate, coordinate and follow up on legal issues with external lawyers and provide all requirements to support the execution of legal matters. Participating with the management in the determination of appropriate discipline for non-compliance by officers and employers of the Company with the Company policies and applicable laws. Perform legal research to ensure that the Company is in compliance with the most recent rules and regulations of the Company. Ensure compliance is applicable export co... - Permanent - Full-time
