Job Position: Director - Operations
Job Description: Madison Pearl - Dubai - Responsibilities: Develop strategic plans to enhance productivity, efficiency, accuracy, reliability, cost-effectiveness and other business objectives through the Bank's operations. Ensure excellence in back office operations including Trade Finance, Credit Administration and Collateral, Financing Services, Internal Control Unit, Treasury Operations, Telecom, Insurance Operations & Maintenance and Central Processing Unit. Develop, communicate and implement effective processes, procedures and policies and measure their effectiveness by monitoring the workflow, setting priorities and allocating resources. Liaise with various unit heads to obtain feedback and update current procedures, introduce improvement measures and present suggestions to senior management for consideration. Collaborate with IT division to ensure that systems and IT-related procedures are evaluated for efficiency and relevance from an operations standpoint.
