Job Description: Alert HR Solutions - Abu Dhabi - Our client is a multi-national investment company that manufactures and trades in products globally. They are looking to hire a expereinced HR Manager who will be required to complete the following duties and responsibilities. Responsible for the total management of Human Resource policies and procedures and ensure their compliance to the systems, structures and standards set by various business units and support units of the company Ensuring strategic involvement of HR on work processes and standards set by the various business units in relation to attraction and retention of the employees. Maintains employee benefits programs and informs employees of benefits by studying and assessing benefit needs and trends; recommending benefit programs to management; directing the processing of benefit claims; obtaining and evaluating benefit contract bids; awarding benefit contracts; designing and conducting educational programs on benefit programs.
