Job Position: EM Systems Engineer - LANDesk –patch management /Software distribution/ WhatsupGold
Job Description: Injazat Data Systems - Abu Dhabi - Performs incident and request fulfilment support. Follows change management process in order to minimize system disruptions. Supports the team members to implement appropriate enhancements. Identifies and communicates problems or potential failures and implements tasks for effective resolution to reduce system downtime. Responsible for first/second line problem resolution Reports potential systems problems and collaborate with Incident Management team to restore services. Communicates to end users solutions provided by the team and update records Assists the team in the implementation of support systems to deliver a successful designed solution. Functions as part of a team providing 24*7 technical support cover. Supports the transitioned business. Develops software performance enhancements and solicit feedback from client on quality of product/solution Performs backup and recovery procedures to ensure system integrity.
