Job Description: Dubai - Mackenzie Stuart is presently working closely with a leading construction contractor who deliver some flagship infrastructure and major transportation projects across the GCC. The business requires the services of a Commercial Director to oversee the commercial management of multiple +$500M projects. THE ROLE: *The Commercial Director will be responsible for leading the commercial management on major infrastructure and transportation projects across GCC. *Assigned to the major infrastructure and transport projects, the incumbent will be responsible for overseeing a portfolio of +$500M Design-Build/PPP projects. *Liaise with project controls function on projects such as finance, supply chain, risk, claims management, cost management and ensure an all-round commercial service is maintained to client satisfaction and company standard. *Develop and operate strategies to maximise project revenues and cash flow in line with business polices. *Ensure timely submission of all contractua... - Permanent - Full-time
