Job Position: Fund Manager, Fixed Income
Job Description: First Abu Dhabi Bank (FAB) - Abu Dhabi - PURPOSE OF JOB: To manage Fixed Income mandates and funds as designated in a compliant manner, and to provide support on all FI portfolios in the absence of colleagues. To work closely with the Head of Fixed Income, the Research Team and colleagues within IM to develop the FI business. TASKS: To grow the FI Fund Management business in the GCC, MENA and EM universes. Manage designated FI portfolios to deliver best of breed performance with consistency across portfolios, in compliance with guidelines, risk, internal controls and regulations. Participate in and drive the investment process providing macro and credit input, with an emphasis on developing the quantitative processes and screening. Ensure that knowledge of the markets and opportunities within the markets are current, notably the GCC and MENA markets. Ensure that the counterparty list reflects our current and future trading requirements and initiate new contacts in coordination with Head of Fixed Income and Traders. ... - Permanent - Full-time
