Job Description: Aston Carter - Dubai - Role and Responsibilities: Teach and coach the team and wider organisation on Agile and Lean thinking Implement the strategic application of Agile methods within the organisation, and encourage self-sustaining change Supply supportive, discovery-based approaches and frameworks Facilitating training, conflict resolution, retrospectives, team health checks, daily stand-ups and backlog Build a trusting and safe environment with an emphasis on healing and problem solving Improving transparency by assisting in internal and external communication Qualifications and Experience: Considerable relevant experience working within Agile/Scrum roles Excellent team leading and coaching skills, with an ability to build trust within teams Experience within large organisations, preferably banking or financial services Must come from a technical background Solid history of implementing change within business units Experience of influencing business leaders/stakeholders in Agile thinking ... - Permanent - Full-time
