Job Description: Swisslinx - Dubai - On behalf of our client, a financial firm based in Dubai, Swisslinx Middle East is currently searching for an IT Support Manager to join their highly professional and international team. Reporting directly to the general manager, your responsibilities will include, but not be limited to: Providing IT support to staff with CRM, TV, Telephones, Access systems, printers Servers management Clients Support and training Facilities management Liaising with headquarters in Europe A successful candidate must demonstrate the following: Previous experience (4 - 8 years) working in a support function role of IT department Fluent English AND Arabic speaker Good communication skills Our client offers stability, room for long-term development and competitive remuneration packages.
