Job Description: McGregor Boyall - Abu Dhabi - Our client is in search of an experienced Regulatory Lawyer to join their Regulatory & Compliance team. The institution is a highly-established investment firm with their headquarters based in Abu Dhabi. This role has full responsibility for the provision of all regulatory advice to the company's senior management team and departments. Accountability Identifying and monitoring global financial regulatory developments and changes in laws and regulations Developing and maintaining of Regulatory Manuals, guidelines and processes Assessing the potential impact of regulation, jurisdictional issues and other relevant issues Keeping records and developing a knowledge centre of excellence for regulatory matters impacting the company Developing and delivering training to legal division colleagues and other Departments on regulatory matters of significance to the company Minimum Experience and Knowledge A minimum of 4-7 years of post-qualified experience, specializing in financial re... - Permanent - Full-time
