Job Position: Accountant
Job Description: Magna Universal Trading L.L.C - Dubai - This Job involve: - • Accounting. • Invoicing and billing. • Pricing. • Stock control. • inventory checking. Scope of work highlights: - 1.Prepares asset, liability, and capital account entries by compiling and analysing account information. 2. Documents financial transactions by entering account information. 3. Recommends financial actions by analysing accounting options. 4. Summarizes current financial status by collecting information; preparing balance sheet, profit and loss statement, and other reports. 5. Substantiates financial transactions by auditing documents. Maintains accounting controls by preparing and recommending policies and procedures. 6. Reconciles financial discrepancies by collecting and analysing account information. 7. Secures financial information by completing data base backups. 8. UAE VAT Knowledge. Should have at least 1-2 yrs of VAT experience including filling returns. 10.Invoicing and billing. 11.Handling all types of accounts using QuickBooks. 12.Summarize... - Contract - Full-time
