To effectively manage legal process for delinquent accounts 2. To ensure service standards as applicable to legal processes are met and improved on The successful applicant will have following key responsibilities 1. Prepare Chq bounce slip and forward for clearing and ensuring criteria and exclusion list is checked 2. Prepare Arabic letter as per agreed format for various legal activities 3. Provide service to teams for filing and releasing cases 4. Follow up with stakeholders as well as with relevent authorities 5. Review with LAw Frims 6. COC adherence... - Permanent - Full-time
