Job Description: Michael Page - Abu Dhabi - A western Oil & Gas business with a large footprint in the Middle East is seeking a HR Manager to lead the function for the region and work closely with the HQ Client Details A large Oil & Gas business with a large proportion of offshore staff Description Maintain structured policies and procedures for the regionBuild Emiratisation programme including recruitment & retention strategyBuild performance management program with talent pipelines and development opportunitiesSupport regional recruitment initiativesBuild a HR team to support the growth of the businessTraining & development of all employees including leadership developmentDevelop compensation and salary grading structure for the regionDrive employee engagement initiativesCreate HiPo programme Profile Oil & Gas experience and/or experience handling offshore staff is a MUST10 years HR experience with at least 3 in a managerial role or Business Partner roleExperience in Emiratisation strategy (please detail this in your... - Permanent - Full-time
