Job Position: Director of Housekeeping & Laundry
Job Description: Dubai - Client Profile Our client is a fast-growing hotel brand and we are recruiting a UAE or GCC experienced Director of Housekeeping to join one of their prestigious 5-star hotel in Dubai. Reporting to the General Manager, the role will focus on the effective management of the housekeeping and laundry services. The Role Oversee the housekeeping and laundry operations for guest rooms, back of house, laundry, public and employee areas through effective staff rostering, budget management, SOPs implementation, recruitment, training and development of the teams to meet the hotel's standards and guest satisfaction. Manage external contracted workforce. Coordinate the ordering, delivery and installation of new FF&E for renovation projects. Essential Skills & Experience Required Minimum 5 years' experience as an Executive Housekeeper or Senior Executive Housekeeper in a UAE or GCC 5-star luxury corporate and leisure international brand hotel with excellent leadership skills.
