Job Description: Swisslinx - Dubai - On behalf of our client, a financial institution in DIFC, Swisslinx is currently seeking Head of Compliance to join their platform in Dubai. Sole Compliance Representative on the ground and reporting to the SEO and Head of Compliance, your role will include but not be limited to: Your daily tasks will include, but will not be limited to: Developing and implementing compliance policies in DIFC Assisting in overlooking the compliance for DIFC Providing compliance training for employees Keeping up-to-date with changes in regulatory rules To be considered for this role, you should have: Prior experience in Trade Finance Strong DFSA regulatory experience is mandatory Good exposure to the financial or banking industries 10+ years of experience in a similar role Authorized Compliance Officers will have an advantage KYC and AML experience Excellent communication skills in English Our client offers competitive remuneration package and a dynamic team of professionals in ... - Permanent - Full-time
