Job Position: Digital Services Account Head
Job Description: Ericsson - Abu Dhabi - Job Description Digital Services Account Head JS7 drives large and complex Professional Services engagements towards Ericsson's customers. The Digital Services Account Head supports the KAM with extensive technical & delivery knowledge, will be overall responsible for the Core 3 team, especially for: o The overall solution o The overall cost estimation o The delivery model (mix of on-shore, near-shore and off-shore resources) Responsibilities · Once the deal is won, the Digital Services Account Head is the head of the delivery, until the complete fulfillment of the contract, ensuring the continuity from pre-sales to delivery, actively seeking to improve top and bottom lines with due consideration to customer satisfaction and Ericsson's business objectives since these programs often have visible impact on the Business Area and corporate results. · In addition to the pre-sales and delivery activities, there are more tasks assigned to the Digital Services Account Head, suc... - Permanent - Full-time
