Job Position: Commercial Flooring Installation Project Manager
Job Description: Dubai - Client Profile Our client specialises in the design and installation of commercial flooring for corporate, hospitality, healthcare, education and retail clients and we are recruiting an experience aftersales Project Manager to join their Dubai operations to oversee the installation and delivery of multiple projects simultaneously across the United Arab Emirates. The Role Implementation of project plans and schedules post sales to ensure the smooth, efficient and timely delivery of commercial projects to the statutory and client contract requirements to meet quality and budget terms. Obtain municipality approvals for work orders and contractor and subcontractor. Schedule and coordinate installation teams, conduct regular site visits, track progress and resolve any issues that arise during the installation. Track all job cost revisions, maintain accurate project files and prepare progress reports.
