Job Position: Corporate Finance Director
Job Description: Charterhouse - Dubai - This role shall take ownership of all areas relating to corporate finance activity, across the business, to meet areas of financing and funding activities through the management and presentation of all business plans, feasibility studies and projections for propositions and any transactional activity. This role will have an oversight of all investment proposals, linked to market funding, across the Bond market, Equity Capital Markets (ECM) and Debt Capital Markets (DCM) whilst overseeing any negotiations within these channels to ensure feasible terms and payment schedules. Subsequent to any financing activities, this post shall take responsibility of overseeing the financial management of the business, to ensure adequate financial positions and funds to manage this commitment.
