Job Position: Interior Architecture Concept Designer
Job Description: Dubai - Client Profile Our client is a dynamic and fast paced multidiscipline design consultancy specializing in conceptual design and space planning and we are recruiting an experienced interior architecture concept designer join their Dubai team to create and manage innovative interior designs focusing on design quality. Responsibilities Meet with clients for project briefs, conduct site visits and complete lifecycle project management from creating mood boards and story boards, concept design, design development, design build, 3D visualization, schematic design and FF&E specifications. Prepare sales proposals, RFPs and RFQs, estimations, client presentations and sales presentations, presentation sketches, technical documentation, details and finishes and project budgets. Prepare and administer construction documents for plans, elevations, power and communication locations; partitions, materials, furnishings and fittings.
