Job Position: Investment Manager - Private Equity Firm
Job Description: Madison Pearl - Dubai - Responsibilities: Source and Lead mid-market transactions by building network and developing expertise in infrastructure related sectors. Conduct quantitative and qualitative due diligence of investment opportunities by creating detailed financial models to assess the viability and optimal structure of an investment. Participate in the negotiation of deals and details of the terms of the deal Monitor investments and write investment recommendations from time of inception by liasing with the investment companies and providing due diligence and updates to senior management. Evaluate the investment strategy and identify the best options, assess buyers, recommend IPO route if necessary. Approach the market, identify the right advisors to implement the exit strategy. Provide guidance for junior team members Requirements Bachelors in Finance or Economics and CFA preferred. 5 years of experience in Private Equity and Fund Management.
