Job Description: Transguard Workforce Solutions - Dubai - Transguard Workforce Solutions have been engaged by our client to source an Automation Specialist - Robotics. Our client is a leading financial company in the UAE. As an Automation Specialist based in Dubai, this role will be focused on driving efficiency of the Operations through replacement of repetitive, manual processes with agile, organically-produced Robotic Process Automation (RPAs) to increase customer satisfaction, reduce costs, and divert critical manpower resources to other more important aspects in enhancing customer service. This position includes automating entire processes, making key data more visible to support better decision-making, ensuring compliance on relevant legislation and solving business problems related to staff forecast and schedule properly for each different channel by identifying broken processes and improving employee performance across channels.
