Job Position: Personal Assistant to Chairman
Job Description: Hays - Abu Dhabi - Personal Assistant role, oil and gas sector, based in Abu Dhabi. AED 18,000. Your new company A leading oil and gas company is looking for an PA to join operations in their Abu Dhabi Office to provide support to their Chairman. As well as having offices worldwide, they are well established within the oil and gas industry and are a company recognised on a global scale. Your new role This position will act as the administrative point for their Chairman, typical duties will include: arranging extensive worldwide travel, applying for any necessary foreign visas, coordinating the logistics and putting together accurate itineraries. Within the office, you will be responsible for scheduling meetings as requested; which may include booking meeting rooms, creating agendas and producing all documentation required for the meetings.
