Job Position: AM/DM Finance Job Description: Spectrum Talent Management - Dubai - Preparation of Consolidated balance sheet. Preparation of working capital. Trail balance review on monthly basis. Preparation of provision sheet & pre-paid schedule every month. Quarterly Basis - Consolidated Cash Flow & Balance sheet at IBD level Review of Bank & intercompany reconciliation at the month end Review of Vendor & advances Validating all Vouchers of all expenses except Adpro before pay out Skills CA 2010/2011 SAP Working Knowledge Review of Vendor & advances Validating all Vouchers of all expenses except Adpro before pay out, Overhead report circulation every month. Detail of promoters expenses to Dabur Responsible for conducting Audit. Management Information system Data for overheads ( Indirect overheads) Date for business travel & conveyance / entertainment.
