The Role Manage the retail outlet for improving customer satisfaction, loyalty, retention and increased footfall and revenue to meet the store's monthly and annual revenue and sales targets. Develop pricing policies and store promotions based on sales and revenue performance and merchandising activities. Recruit, train, develop and manage a strong retail and operations team. Ensure all visual merchandising and promotional materials are line with company guidelines and displayed appropriately. Ensure stock is available and replenished as required.
