Job Position: Fertiliser Plant Production & Maintenance Manager Job Description: Dubai - Client Profile Our client is a well-established agrochemicals organisation and we are recruiting an experienced fertilizer plant Production & Maintenance Manager to join their expanding team in the UAE to oversee and manage the factory production, packaging and dispatch of agrochemicals ensuring that equipment maintenance is carried out, raw materials and supplies availability, Client recruitment, training and scheduling. The Role Establish and maintain planned and preventative maintenance schedules to maximize equipment production and reliability and implementing and utilizing processes to ensure the smooth and cost effective production, packaging and dispatch of fertilizers and ensuring that all statutory and industry health, safety, quality and environmental standards are maintained.
