Job Position: Financial Controller Job Description: McGregor Boyall - Dubai - Strategic Lead the development and implementation of the Financial Control business plan in alignment with the bank’s corporate strategy through departmental initiatives and projects. Develop and monitor the implementation of Financial Control policies, procedures and processes. Monitor performance of the Financial Control department against predefined KPIs on a regular basis. Develop and monitor the annual budget of the Financial Control department. Operational Ensure Bank’s financial operations are in compliance with internal finance controls and procedures. Review the consolidated financial statements of the Group for accuracy and compliance with the relevant laws and regulatory standards. Oversee completion of all reports to the Central Bank in a timely and accurate manner.
