Job Position: Head of HQLA Portfolio Optimization Job Description: McGregor Boyall - Dubai - Responsibilities include: Source and execute structural transactions in financial markets Liquidity & budget management: identify and implement strategies based on credit or interest rates, leverage information from counterparties/ client activity/movement in other related markets like money markets or derivative markets Position the book within the assigned limit mandate to maximise revenues Manage and control the mix of market risk, volatility and market share while achieving budget and monitor the financial performance against the budget ensuring improved opportunities are capitalised upon Act as a point of contact for the bank on balance sheet related transactions & negotiations with external counterparts on documentation & structures Analyse financial/trading data to gain information of subtle market changes to assist in targeting new segments, sharing this information along
