Job Position: Talent Acquisition Job Description: RSA Logistics - Dubai - KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Develop & execute recruitment plans across the Organization Understand the recruitment requirement by studying the Organization's plan of growth & objectives Responsible for Headhunting for Candidates via phone calls, LinkedIn & Job Portals Network through industry contacts, association memberships, trade groups and employees Create Job Descriptions based on each position requirement in liaison with Department Heads/ Managers Conduct Prescreening interviews to determine applicant qualifications Arrange all the interviews by coordinating schedules with the respective Interviewer and the candidate Efficiently and effectively fill open positions by developing a pool of qualified candidates in advance of need Perform reference and background checks for potential employees Maintain all pertinent applicant and interview data in the Recruitment MIS Prepare and send Offer Letters
