Job Position: Facility Manager
Job Description: Al Ghurair University - United Arab Emirates - Summary Oversee the custodial and maintenance services for campus buildings to satisfy the needs of faculty, staff, and students. The Manager serves in a leadership role within the zone and must be innovative and visionary to ensure that services are consistent with the mission and goals of Facilities Management and the University. Additionally, the Facility Manager is instrumental in the coordination, development, training, and work inspection of safety and maintenance staff to ensure compliance with quality and customer satisfaction standards. Key Responsibilities Assign, supervise, and oversee the safety and maintenance staff, establish and adjust work assignments to meet production schedules. Inspect and identify safety/maintenance needs to develop innovative solutions in alignment with the Department vision.
