Job Description: PER, Private Equity Recruitment - Abu Dhabi - REFERENCE: 8935 /2D Our client is a prestigious investment fund with a strong track record and global investment remit. This is an exciting and rare opportunity for a Principal to join their team based in the United Arab Emirates. The role will focus on global special situations investments in global public and private markets, including both equity and credit, with a focus on restructuring investment opportunities. RESPONSIBILITIES: Generate deal flow and investment ideas considering all relevant macro and industry trends in accordance with the special situations investment mandate Responsible for the entire life cycle of investments: screening & analysis, presentation at investment committee, monitoring of investments and overseeing the exit Prepares, presents and defends internal investment recommendations Maintaining a constant awareness of activities in assigned sectors/geographic locations for the purpose of identifying potential investment opportunities YOUR PROFILE:... - Permanent - Full-time
