Job Description: NADIA Global - Jebel Ali, Dubai - Job Description Job Title Sales Marketing Description We are currently seeking a suitable candidate for a Sales & Marketing Assistant role for one of our client, multinational company based in Jebel Ali, Dubai. (Preferably Japanese Speaker) 1. Job description - To work as assistant staff for North Africa Sales & Marketing Operations. - To support and act as a back up for company admin tasks: should be able to handle most company admin tasks as a back up when the dedicated staff is not available. 2. Work Scope for North Africa Operations - Input, manage and update excel sheets mainly related to Demand/ Supply and Pricing. - Support administrative job for marketing / sales operation. Ex: Data collection and summarizing work, simple communication with headquarters or overseas partners to collect information. - Set up / arrange meetings with related parties. - Help organize regional / country meetings. 3. Admin work 4. Required Skills - Proficient in Excel, Word, PowerPoint... - Permanent - Full-time
