Job Position: Legal Counsel
Job Description: Redstone Commodity Search - Dubai - Redstone Commodity Search are working with a multinational oil trading company located who are looking for in-house legal counsel to join their team based in Dubai. Key Responsibilities / Tasks You will be responsible for reviewing legal documents such as trading contracts, shipping contracts, and deeds (EPCs, service agreements, etc.) as well as preparation of any and all claims relating to them. Legal advice with regards to the various terms and conditions of contracts as they relate to local and international law Ongoing analysis and review of relevant legislation Due diligence for bids regarding to contract tenders Role reports into Head of Commercial Legal and Head of Corporate Legal Key Qualifications / Experience 5-7 years working in a legal position relating the oil and gas industry as well as law degree.
