Job Description: Charterhouse - Dubai - Job Description Job Title Sales Marketing Director Description Charterhouse is working with a leading FMCG Group in Dubai who is looking to hire a Sales & Marketing Director to join their team. As the Sales and Marketing Director you will report to the CEO. About the Role Your main responsibilities will be to plan, direct and implement sales and marketing strategies, as well as programs to achieve sales objectives, increase market share and profitability. You will effectively manage sales and distribution operations through different channels in the FMCG industry. In this role you will be managing personal care, baby care, beauty and cosmetics brands across GCC / MENA regions though the distributor network in the respective countries. You will develop annual operating plans and strategic plans by analysing sales KPIs and volume trends.
