Job Description: Wyndham Hotels and Resorts - Wyndham, Bridgend - Dubai - [[TRYP by Wyndham Dubai Hotel]] is now seeking a [[Chief Steward]] to join our team. Job Summary The Chief Steward is responsible for the operations of the stewarding department during all shifts to ensure proper washing of kitchen utensil sanitation and ensuring that all outlet surfaces and utensils are clean and in compliance with all Health department requirements and hotel guidelines. Education & Experience High School diploma or equivalent and/or experience in a related field preferred. College course in related field helpful. Supervisory experience preferred. Physical Requirements Flexible and long hours sometimes required. Medium work - Exerting up to 50 pounds of force occasionally, and/or 20 pounds of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects. Ability to stand during entire shift. General Requirements Locally and immediately available Maintain a warm and friendly demeanor at all times. Must be able to effecti... - Permanent - Full-time
