Job Position: Registered Nurse
Job Description: NMC Healthcare - Al Nahda, Dubai - 2.0 JOB SUMMARY : Manages patient care in allocated area ensuring good standard of care provided. 3.0 DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: 3.1 Plans, implements and evaluate care given to assigned patients in an effective and organized manner. 3.2 Provides for the physical, psychological and social needs of the patient and families. 3.3 Complies with established Nursing Department Policies and Procedures. 3.4 Maintain and update all relevant patient documentations/medical records as per hospital policy and procedures. 3.5 Maintains confidentiality of patient’s records. 3.6 Administer drugs/ medications as per doctor’s orders. 3.7 Participates in the rehabilitation and discharge planning of patients/families. 3.8 Follows the reporting mechanisms/chain of command in the Nursing Department. Ensuring patient care issues are correctly and quickly reported. 3.9 Takes responsibility for professional clinical practice and is actively involved in updating and continuing education. ... - Permanent - Full-time
