Job Description: Jameson Legal - Dubai - Specialisation: Corporate/M&A/Commercial Sector: In-house Role/Position: Counsel Salary Range: £100-149k per annum Location: Dubai Country: Dubai Region: Middle East Job Reference: IJR-IM-9775 About the Role/Client A highly respected construction company based in Dubai is looking to hire a Senior Counsel to act as a direct support for their General Counsel. The GC does not currently have a legal team to support him. The successful applicant will work very closely with the General Counsel and will involve managing and drafting the legal work that comes into the department. Much of the work is focused on corporate law, corporate governance and regulatory work. This hire will allow the GC to focus on strategy and management whilst the role of Senior Counsel will focus on the day to day elements of the legal work for the company.
