Job Position: Team Head, Risk Management (Associate Director /Director) - Dubai
Job Description: Bank of Singapore - Dubai - Main Duties Oversee and lead Dubai specific end-to-end Policy Implementation process, including the design of procedures Represent Dubai Front Office in global implementation of policies Oversees locally the Surveillance team’s surveillance activities - Work closely with Legal and Compliance in Dubai, as well as the global Surveillance team in implementing relevant first line of defence controls to meet the requirements of BOS Group and local policies and procedures as well as in delivering a highly efficient and effective operating system Review and approve surveillance methodologies from a Dubai perspective, in areas including but not limited to BOS Sales Policy, Cross Border Marketing guidelines, Fair Dealing Code and other local policies and procedures Proactively provide training and guidance when rolling out new policies and procedures, solicit feedback and look for opportunities to enhance process and efficiency on an on-going basis to ensure policies and procedures are we... - Permanent - Full-time
