Job Description: Dubai - Agile Project Manager Job Location: Dubai, United Arab Emirates Job Requirements: Preference: Candidates who are within the UAE region Delivers Agile Transformation roadmap and drives adoption across domains Supports the Agile Program Management Office in reporting of project deliverables, actions and reporting Create checklist of activities to transition teams to Agile Ways of Working Own the checklist and drive to completion Support the creation of target state operating model on how teams receive demand, prioritize backlog and release Create Agile artifacts and Process Maps, guidelines and policies Work closely with Risk & Governance teams to institutionalize police changes Support in defining and driving Agile Transformation roll-out Skills Experience in Program Management Prior experience leading or participating in Agile Transformation initiatives is strongly preferred Experience in Building Roadmaps (with detailed initiatives) that mirror a bank's Agile service... - Permanent - Full-time
