Job Description: Women@Work - Dubai - Job Description Job Title Finance Assistant Contract Description The Company Our client, a dynamic and progressive organization is looking for an Finance Assistant who is fluent in Spanish or German based in the UAE for a contract role, with a view to go permanent. The Role Monitor day to day accounting and invoicing operations Reconciliation of accounts payable Preparation of financial statements Prepares computerized invoices for customers Reviews all records associated with bills to ensure accuracy Ensures that all billing calculations are correct before sending invoices to customer Follow up and resolve payment issues/ queries, stopping payments where appropriate Provide effective solutions to suppliers and business stakeholders with payment queries Prepare supporting documentation or payment proposal Prepare electronic payments where appropriate Skills The Person Spanish or German speaking is a must 2-3 years' work experience in core accounting Can independe... - Permanent - Full-time
