Job Description: The Elixir Clinic - Dubai - Job Description Job Title Finance Manager/ Assistant Description Job Purpose The Finance Manager is responsible for overseeing and Managing the Finance Department of the company Duties and Responsibilities Effective Financial Planning and Budgeting. Implementation of Robust Financial Controls and Financial Risk Management framework Ensuring adequate Financial liquidity and working capital, funding and investment requirements Provisioning for accurate and timely financial accounting and operational services across the Business Unit. Primary Responsibilities and Duties Preparation of Cash Flow statements (Actual and Forecasts) Preparation and Finalisation of books of Accounts Profit and Loss accounting, General Ledger, Bank Reconciliation Inventory Management Receivables and payables Management Preparation of Budgets Management Information Reporting Analysis of Actual Performance against the budget and suggestion of appropriate strategies for Overall Improvement.
