Job Description: Citigroup - Dubai - Job Purpose: The role will require an experienced Operations leader with three key skill-sets: (a) process re-engineering skills to deliver efficiency saves and controls, (b) plan and track expense and headcount across consumer operations, and revise projections basis strategic and business-related changes, and (c) project management skills who thrives in a demanding fast paced environment. The roles provide exciting opportunities in execution and Implementation of multiple initiatives for improving operational efficiencies related to productivity, automation and optimization and business planning within the Consumer O&T.
