Job Position: Production In-Charge (Steel / Joinery)
Job Description: UG Inc Executive Search - Dubai - The Production In charge will be responsible for the planning, preparation and production of required Steel in joinery for the company's various projects. You will need: An in-depth knowledge of all aspects of modern manufacturing. Knowledge of all aspects of furniture & Steel construction, which includes but is not limited to. Fully conversant with all types of manual working machinery and to be fully conversant with all types of woodworking CNC machinery and steel machinery and their associated programs. Good leadership, Organization & coordination skills. Excellent communication & negotiation skills. REQUIREMENTS Minimum of 10 years of similar experience in the Management of joinery and steel manufacturing industry. Degree or Industry recognized qualification in Engineering / Joinery / Steel Strong people management experience and the ability to direct a large workforce through Supervisors and a hands-on approach Good all-round financial management, budgeting & pla... - Permanent - Full-time
