Job Description: Dubai - Client are a renowned facilities management company seeking a Customer Service Manager to oversee profit, operational and all types of service standards in approximately 6 operating departments reporting in. The ideal candidate will have a wealth of knowledge and experience with facilities maintenance and project management of residential, commercial and retail properties with the ability to see and capitalize on business growth opportunities. Requirements: Clear hands on experience with residential maintenance inside and outside of properties with ability to up sell products and services to potential clients whilst onsite. 10 to 15 years experience of project management and facilities management on residential, commercial and retail properties. Proven track record of increasing profitability and productivity with in a facilities management company. Qualifications related to civil engineering, building or maintenance advantageous.
