Job Position: Voice Wholesale NOC Job Description: Dubai - The candidate will be working in the wholesale voice Network Operating Centre (NOC), operating and monitoring the voice wholesale trading platform. Perform proactive measures and system health checking. Handling trouble tickets from the customers and provide status updates on the tickets Act as the front line to the customers for fault handling and also provide first line support for troubleshooting Follow pre-defined operational procedures to perform the appropriate actions under different situations. Assist supervisors to prepare operational procedures related to the NOC functions Skills University degree in telecommunication engineering. International voice wholesale experience is a must. Maximum four years of experience in NOC environment supporting voice wholesale trading. Should have sound knowledge of wholesale voice business and have worked with voice wholesale company is an advantage. Dealt with telecom Vendors, ISP
