Job Position: Vice President Yards (Fabrication) Job Description: Abu Dhabi - Basic Pre-requisites: Bachelors degree in Construction or Engineering from a Well-reputed University. Minimum of 20+ years of experience in oil/gas EPC Industrial multibillion construction projects of Jackets, Topside, Pressure Vessels and offshore Structures. Minimum of 5-10 years of experience in an executive role (VP, SVP, Director) in the Oil/Gas EPC Industry. Excellent communication skills and project management skills. Extensive, proven positive experience effectively supervising, training, mentoring and evaluating several construction managers at various levels within the organization Master of all phases of project construction management including: program development, budgeting, planning, project milestone scheduling, services contracting of multidisciplinary project teams, conflict resolution, project implementation, project oversight and project closure.
