Job Position: Restaurant Manager (Arabic) - Dubai Job Description: Dubai - We are looking for a Restaurant Manager for our client a renowned hotel in Dubai. Looking for an Arabic candidate who has a very strong operational background in Arabic Restaurants. Knowledge about P&L Participate in the preparation of the annual departmental operating budget and financial plans. Monitor budget and control expenses with a focus on food, beverage, and labour costs. Identify additional sales opportunities to enhance revenue. Drive promotions that deliver great dining experiences for guests at a good value. Basic Salary: Between AED 8000 - 11000 depends on candidate's caliber Telephone Allowance: AED 250 per month not paid on vacation days.
