Job Position: Leasing Executive Job Description: Al Ghurair Properties LLC - Dubai - Effective negotiation with the tenants regarding increase in the rent and facilities maintenance. Leasing new vacant units as per the budget given by the management. Ensuring timely renewals negotiation and processing of necessary documentation and registration. Regular physical inspection of buildings. Conducting and submitting market surveys and competitor analysis to management. Sending customer satisfaction surveys to tenants for feedback on leasing and maintenance. Submitting budgets annually to management for all units. Adhering to RERA regulations and keeping updates of all new laws related to property management.
