The Role Participate in creating learning and development plans, programs and workshops, conduct training needs analysis at department level, prepare training calendars, evaluation feedback forms and maintain an accurate database. Work with departmental head to improve service delivery based on feedback from quality audits and guest satisfaction surveys. Identify and train departmental trainers.
