Job Position: Travel & Facilities Coordinator Job Description: Dubai - Work closely with employees in regards to Hotel/Flights booking Manage the travel for various levels of employees Deal with Vendors Work closely with the faciltiies management team to check office cleanliness and procurement of facilities related items Job Requirements Coordinate travel arrangements (flights, ground transportation, lodging, etc.) in conjunction with travel provider for all program staff Advise staff about their travel arrangements and ensure that their travel approvals comply with corporate and client regulations Serve as the primary liaison with travel vendors and negotiates and secures economical rates Assist in the preparation of complete and accurate travel reimbursement packages, ensuring all expenses are properly documented Ensure all post-travel trip reports are prepared and submitted to the client Perform other administrative duties or special projects as assigned Take care of all fac
